The staff are kind and helpfull, the breakfast is good but there is not much variety, the bed and pillows are comfy, the room is big especially the one with the city view is spacious and the reception can arrange for tours. In the hotel there is a small kiosk that sell snacks, drinks, souvenirs and necessities.The otopark for taxi and mini bus is next to the hotel. The hotel is close to Cevahir mall and many shops are surrounded. Overall the hotel is a good value of money and we have enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly, the facilities and the property was clean and perfect. i like the view of the city and the green mountain from the balcony. there is a coffee shop down the hole i like it.

Staffs of Park Dedeman were incredibly kind and helpful especially front desk staff Tolga. He speaks English fluently which helped us a lot in terms of communication. I stayed with my family and we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They really made it such a wonderful and a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful and clean room, nice breakfast every morning with excellent service. Not to mention the great location and the amazing view . I met many people from my country staying at this property and I'd surprisingly met my professor as well there. I highly recommend this hotel.

- The hotel is surrounded by many grocery stores and restaurants and close to the airport. - Check in was relatively quick. - The room was clean and comfy. - Breakfast had many varieties.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I stayed two nights and then extended for another two nights. Special thanks to Tolga from the reception he was a big help for me. Arranging the same room with the best price and arranged a Car rental for a good price. So you can get anything you want they will help you and location is the best in Trabzon. I will definitely come again and stay in the same hotel.

location, cousin was good compared with other hotels Some of the staff talk English which is rare in Turkey reception desk was very professional and helpful
